Flavors of Japan  
Onigiri and Butter Mochi
Learn how to make salmon and tuna Onigiri (also known as Japanese Rice Balls). We’ll also make Butter Mochi, a favorite local Hawaiian sweet which is a cross between cake and Japanese Mochi without the ice cream. You will receive an onigiri rice mold to take home. Hearty Soups new and Scratch-made Rolls

Hearty soups make a satisfying meal paired with fresh rolls. We will make Spring Minestrone, Lemon Chicken Orzo soup, Broccoli Cheddar Soup and scratch-made rolls. Please bring a chef’s knife, three kitchen towels, and containers to bring your soup home.

Homemade Pizza in a Dutch Oven

No pizza stone? No problem. Learn how to make pizza in a Dutch oven for perfect pizza baked in the oven - or even when you’re camping. It’s simple and easy to make a round pizza. The thick cast iron proves a perfect surface for pizza to develop a crispy crust. We’ll make three different pizzas: pepperoni, sausage and vegetarian. This just may become your favorite way to make pizza at home. Please bring a kitchen towel and containers to bring your leftovers home.
 

Mediterranean Flavors

The Mediterranean diet emphasizes eating primarily plant-based foods, whole grains, legumes and nuts. Replacing butter with healthy fats, such as olive oil. Using herbs and spices instead of salt to flavor foods. We will make moist and juicy marinated lemon chicken skewers, pearl couscous with tomato and cucumber as well as Baba  Ghanoush and classic hummus with pita. Please bring a chef’s knife, three kitchen towels and containers to bring any leftovers home.
 

Savory Seafood

Designed for the seafood lover. Join us and expand your seafood repertoire. Tonight’s menu includes crab cakes, paella and shrimp and corn soup. Bring a chef’s knife, three kitchen towels and containers to bring home any extras.

Artisan Bread Made Easy

Baking bread can be intimidating, but this bread recipe comes together so effortlessly that you’ll want to make it again and again. It’s so flavorful and chewy on the inside and delightfully crispy outside. We’ll sample this crusty bread recipe with flavored butter and it will be the easiest yeast bread you’ll ever make. You don’t even need a mixer to make this bread with its thick, crispy crust and chewy crumb. It is excellent for beginners or pros who want a flavorful bread recipe. Bring a bread lame or a small knife, three kitchen towels and a large mixing bowl to bring your bread dough home.

In this class, you will learn how to make delicious vanilla and chocolate cream puffs from scratch. You will start by perfecting the classic pate a choux dough, and move on to making the pastry cream filling. You will learn how to create rich fillings for a decadent twist. By the end of this class, you will have mastered the art of creating light and airy cream puffs, with both vanilla and chocolate flavors that will impress any crowd. In this hands-on class, you will learn how the Instant Pot works and how to use it to cut cooking time, make healthy meals, and save energy and money.
