Raising Children in Multiracial Families NEW

Help Your Children Manage Stress and Anxiety
Growing up today brings a whole new set of challenges for our children. You may have noticed that they have felt overwhelmed or exhibited symptoms of anxiety. The good news is that there is a solution! We can teach our kids concrete tools to reduce anxiety and manage stress, by building their emotional intelligence (EQ). When life adds changes to the mix, it can be difficult to find our bearings unless we have tools and a map to guide us through. Taming Your Child’s Tantrums and Meltdowns
TK – 5th Grade Parent Education
Navigating parenthood comes with new and unexpected challenges. Are your kids having a hard time managing their big feelings? Is it difficult to get them to listen and follow directions? The good news is that we can teach our kids specific tools to help them calm down and self-regulate. By building their emotional awareness, ability to communicate, and their overall emotional intelligence (EQ), we can reduce tantrums and manage power struggles.
